How we picked the columns
The most recognised UK letting-agent peers
SmartSearch is the multi-sector AML incumbent (7,000+ regulated businesses). Veriphy is the closest published per-call price point (£4+VAT AML, no contract). Goodlord owns the 360 lettings-platform lane (and as of 2024-25 owns Vouch tenant referencing too). These three frame the buying decision for most UK letting agents looking at compliance vendors.
