What it costs at volume
Letting checks run from your credit balance and get cheaper per check at volume: £4.95 single, £3.95 in a 200-pack, £2.95 in a 1,000-pack. So a busy agency running, say, 200 letting checks a month pays around £790/month at the 200-pack rate (about £590 at the 1,000-pack rate). No monthly platform fee, no annual contract; you only pay for the checks you run, and the credit never expires. For other checks (FCA, Companies House, EPC, postcode) we set a per-row price for your volume when we activate you.
Multiple users on your team?
