Membership
A monthly allowance of lets or sales and the people in them. Each person gets the checks the law requires (sanctions, PEP and adverse media), each let or sale gets the property risk pack, and monitoring runs until completion with no extension charges. Anything over the allowance is charged at the normal prices from your credit. Cancel any time: the membership runs to the end of the month you paid for.
