Drop a CSV of tenant + landlord + postcode rows and we run the whole batch through the same suite that powers single checks. Per-row error isolation, per-row signed PDFs, one batch result envelope.

Up to 100 rows per call (larger batches via the bulk-job upload). Per-row pricing rolls up to a single Stripe charge per batch.

Columns: tenant_full_name, landlord_company_or_name, property_postcode(+ optional internal_reference)

How the validator helps

  • Header columns are auto-mapped (case + whitespace tolerant; common synonyms accepted).
  • Per-row preflight with friendly errors ("row 17: postcode 'BAD' invalid") before you pay.
  • Optional internal_reference column passes through to the result envelope.

Same data depth as the single-check suite. Per-row PASS/REVIEW/FAIL verdict + a signed PDF for each row. Bulk-zip download lifts in a follow-up iter.
